When having sex, will a menstrual disc prevent my natural lubrication?

Nope! A menstrual disc won't interfere with your body's production of natural lubrication in the vagina. Natural lubricants come from Bartholin, nabothian, and skene's glands, as well as from the vaginal epithelium (lining) itself. So between those glands and the epithelium, the vagina is typically well lubricated and your disc will not change or interfere with that in any way.

However, extra moisture is never a bad thing—if you decide you want additional lubrication, we recommend using a water-based lube.
